The brand identity draws from Icelandic and Scandinavian aesthetics, incorporating black sand beaches, moss-covered landscapes, and natural textures. Abstract motifs and earthy materials like cedar enhance the sensory experience of the brand.

The Challenge
Creating a non-gendered personal care brand required careful navigation of both design and messaging. The challenge was to avoid typical masculine or feminine cues while maintaining a luxurious and desirable aesthetic. Additionally, the packaging needed to be both eco-friendly and high-end, striking a balance between sustainability and premium appeal.
The Solution
A refined, nature-inspired design system was developed, incorporating rune-like typography, subtle color, and tactile materials. The brand language evokes adventure, spirituality, and restoration, aligning with the idea of returning to natural, essential self-care. The unboxing experience was designed to feel intentional and immersive, reinforcing NÆRA’s core values.
